Stik | HOLDING HANDS BLUE (UNFRAMED)

In this work against a blue background, street artist Stik showcases one of his iconic subjects: two simple little figures holding hands to symbolize love and unity. With the sheer simplicity and immediacy of his artistic language, Stik effectively channels poignant messages, with a primary focus on championing critical social causes, particularly those pertaining to LGBTQ+ rights and homelessness. He uses basic shapes and bold colors to bring his characters to life.

Stik created a large sculpture called "Holding Hands" in Hoxton Square, East London, and donated it to the Hackney Council to support public art in his hometown.
